ACY Partner Indonesia provides information technology services including but not limited to software development, cloud solutions, cyber security, data analytics, and IT consulting. Specific service details will be described in a separate agreement with the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ACY Partner Indonesia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

For work developed specifically for clients, ownership will be determined in the respective project agreement.

4. User Obligations

• Not disrupt or damage our systems
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for services will be determined in the agreed proposal or contract. Clients are responsible for paying all fees according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information provided during the collaboration. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect after the business relationship ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACY Partner Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the related services.

8. Warranty

We are committed to providing high-quality services. Specific warranties for each project will be described in the project agreement. We make no implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in the event of a breach of these terms. Clients may also terminate services in accordance with the terms of the project agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or website notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts in Indonesia.
